Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 10 to 20 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Some destinations may require additional time.
Do you deliver outside France?

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service via the Contact page, providing your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product received. These photos allow us to process your request quickly and efficiently. We will respond within 48 hours.
How do I get a refund?
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. The refund will be processed as soon as possible after receipt and verification of the package.
